The Best Internet Marketing Tool by Prahlad Kumar
Blogging has gone from a single sentence commentary to pages and pages of subjects about anything and everything. It has also turned into an Internet marketers best tool.
One reason for this is because it is so simple. A blog is relatively easy to set up compared to a static web site, once you have your blog set up all you have to do is sit down and write about thoughts and ideas about products that you know about or are interested in, experiences you have had, basically letting other people know what you know. Blogs are also much easier for search engines to find than static websites because of the constantly changing content of the site, which search engines love.
The beauty about blogging is that over time you can build up a large following of people that read your blog as long as they trust you and your ideas. They know you are not being paid to say what you say, such as an add on television where the spokesman is being paid to say whatever he is told (mostly hype), and once someone trust you it will be much easier to sell them a product you believe in also.
After awhile your readers get to depend on your posts for their own informational needs. Thus you become an expert in their eyes and that leads to more readers and more links to your blog.
There are many tools out there to help improve your blog, WordPress has over 1 million plugins that you can use to improve your blog, and the number of plugins is growing everyday. One of the most popular plugins is the all in one search engine optimization plugin, this is a must for your blog to be found in the search engines.
An interesting service I came across recently is a product called "Blogging to the Bank" created by Rob Benwell and there byline is "a Blueprint of a Blogging Millionaire", its basically a service that will set up your blog, monetize it for you (meaning they will set up advertisements for you), and even post your content for you.
This sounds like a great service for someone who is very new to blogging or someone who just does not have the time to learn all the detail involved. I would recommend that if you go with a service like this that you let them set up the blog and the monetization but that you do your own posting, I know it sounds tempting to let someone else post for you but I believe that at first it may make you some money but in the long run people will know it is not You doing the posting and there will not be any trust put in place and your readership and links will drop off quickly.
